Sugar Land, Texas is near Houston and called home by approximately 86,000 people. Like many parts of Texas, Sugar Land is growing rapidly. If you plan to visit our community, there are some local attractions that are certainly worth your time.

This is a Sugar Land bar that is conveniently located inside the local Whole Foods. Locals and tourists alike often drop by here and enjoy a local craft beer or a glass of wine. As of this writing, Texas Tuesday is a fine time to visit and enjoy a local craft brew for a mere $3. Plus, Wednesday Night Bingo begins at 7 pm. Last call at the Sugar Shack is early – 9 pm – so plan accordingly.

Sugar Land Art Center and Gallery

This is a non-profit organization offering extensive art education to adults and children. Courses are available to learn how to paint in oil, watercolor and acrylic. Take a look at the attractive local art on display, as well. The works of several local artists are displayed in front.
